List & Certify

There are three ways to list your virtual appliance on VMware’s Virtual Appliance Marketplace.  VMware offers a Certified Virtual Appliance Program for production ready virtual appliances so customers can be sure they are obtaining reliable, secure, and optimized virtual appliances designed to perform on VMware’s virtualization platforms. Listing and certification processes are outlined below.

logoProduction-Ready Virtual Appliances – Production-Ready Virtual Appliances are certified commercial, production-ready solutions that follow best practices and have passed a certification test in VMware’s Virtual Appliance Lab.  Certified Virtual Appliances are highlighted in the Virtual Appliance Marketplace letting customers know that these are ready-to-run best in class solutions.  VMware will work together with Certified Virtual Appliance partners on go-to-market opportunities.
