Free Network Automatic Testing System - FreeNATS

FreeNATS is a free automated network testing, reporting and alerting system based on the rPath LAMP appliance. It is currently in it's second alpha test release for comments and suggestions.

This version supports ping, web speed, web size and TCP port testing, email alerts (email to SMS compatible) and historical graphic and tabular reporting.

Please be sure to check regularly within the software for updates as new releases/features are being added constantly... maybe even resulting in a beta or stable release.

** VERSION 2a **
This is a replacement for the previous version 1a, has a much newer version of FreeNATS and supports version checking and UPGRADING (so you won't have to download another VM image again - we hope).

If you are already using 1a you can either download this appliance and switch over or follow the instructions on www.purplepixie.org/freenats for upgrading to the latest release.
