This VA takes the Instant SqueezeCenter idea to the next logical step, and allows you to run it on a virtual machine on your existing computer. You will need VMware Player, Workstation or Fusion to run this.

The approach here is to provide a 'raw' VM that you will customize at first boot. You set up all the user names and passwords. When you've completed the initialization, you have a complete virtual PC with a 25GB hard disk ready to accept your music collection. To save space, delete the ISO file when you are done setting things up.

Use *this VA* if you want to build your own SqueezeCenter and store your music library within it. Use the SqueezeCenter 7 Virtual Appliance if you want a light weight VA and have your music library stored on a network share of some sort.
