Secondly, a small Webapplication, which can easily be embraced & enhanced, was written and got installed in the Apache root directory. Finally, the Virtual Appliance was tested on 2 XP standard computers (SP1 and SP2) with different CPU types (Intel, AMD) against both, a TFT and a CRT Display and on a Notebook from a USB disk to test minimum memory allocation, network configuration and portability.
