This VM is one mentioned in the BlackHat USA 2008 / Defcon16 talk: Next Generation Collaborative Reversing with Ida Pro and CollabREate. It is basically a "bare bones" Fedora 9 install, with admin and dev tools, postgresql, java (openjdk), and collabreate 0.1.0 installed.
