If you've read anything at all about Content Management Systems(CMS),
you'll probably know at least three things: CMS are the most
exciting way to do business, CMS can be really, I mean really,
complicated and lastly Portals are absolutely, outrageously, often
unaffordably expensive.
This Virtual Machine is easy to use readymade (CMS) Content Management System.
It has several components, modules, mambots and templates installed
that can be applied with a few mouse clicks to change the appearance,
outlook and content of the web pages.
Joomla and it's big sister Mamba have hundreds of free modules that
can be installed with a few mouse clicks - no expertise needed.

It is no longer necessary to install and configure complicated web/database
systems to get your professional looking web pages up
and running in a few minutes. Joomla! doesn’t even require the user
or administrator of the system to know HTML to operate it once it's
up and running.

Start the Virtual Machine.
(You need "VMware Player" or similar application. http://www.vmware.com)
The easiest way to administer your Linux is with Webmin.
https://servername-or-address:10000
Webmin (Linux config)
username = root
password = password

http://servername-or-address
Joomla (CMS config)
username = admin
password = password

You should change these passwords!!!

You can access and manage the CMS Appliance and underlying LAMP using your web browser!!!
First make sure you have IP address that can access this address... http://192.168.0.50/
(You may have to change your workstations IP address. Try 192.168.0.51)
(If you are unable to do this - login locally to your VApp as "root",
type "ifconfig" and use that IP address to gain web access. Requires DHCP.)

Then simply browse away. You can easily use webmin to administer the
underlying linux system and network settings.
