underground_8’s AS Communication Gateway™ scans e-mails and ensures that, unlike other e-mail solutions, suspicious e-mails are not moved to external labs or labs accessible to third parties for checking. Furthermore, according to European law it is not permissible for the data of European users to be moved to countries that do not have the EU level of security (e.g. USA, Russia).
Threats reach neither the mail server nor the client infrastructure but are intercepted on entering the network. AS Communication Gateways™ support and protect the e-mail systems - not just against present threats but also against future dangers.

Auto-adaptive e-mail-based end-user quarantine
The user can see the quarantine contents and spam digests displayed quickly and easily via the intuitive user interface. The advantage of this technology is that the end-user quarantine operates automatically and sets up the correct protection mechanisms for all users of the e-mail system based on an auto-adaptive algorithm.
Botnet filter
With greylisting there may be frequent problems with legitimate mail servers. The cause of these problems is due to non-SMTP-compliant behaviour.
For the most part this is attributable to sloppy configuration of the mail system or incorrectly programmed software.
