Description:
An Virtualised version of my old FreeDos beta 8H1
1. This is an virtualised verison of free dos beta including gui, and progarmming & networking tools, it's purpose is to suport legacey aplication that might not be suported in windows now, it's dos enviroment is emulated.
2. Thsi was build from an instalation Cd.
3. This aplicance can be run by extracting the virtaul machine, into your virtaul machine directory, and opening it as you would with any other virtaul machine.
then set the date / time Or press retrun to keep existing settings.
the gui interface can also be run using the following commands form the menu.
cd seal2
seal
... and be paitent.
N.B you can edit youre autoexec file to automaticly open the gui apon running freeDos, however i found this to be undersireable, as it limits some of the functionality expearanced under dos.
4. Licences can be found from the Free dos project http://freedos.sourceforge.net/ it is releaced under the GNU General Public License.
