The SecurePlatform operating system has been built to make the deployment and maintenance of Check Point products as easy and secure as possible. The system is tailored to perform its task as a network security device and requires only minimal user configuration of basic elements (IP address, default routes, etc). SecurePlatform serves as the foundation for many Check Point products including: VPN-1 Pro, VPN-1 Express, VSX, Connectra and more. The current VMware Virtual appliance image is R60 and can be used to demonstrate the VPN-1/FW-1 Pro and/or VPN-1 Express products and associated components (Please see the readme file and associated documentation for important steps required for proper product evaluation).
