Why pay for something, that even MS does not want to be paid for?? Replace this link to a VM that IS downloadable for free!

The $10 is for his server costs. Although it's excessive, it should be $3 or less. Get more servers if you think there's a need... The download took over 1 day since his server kept throttling. After multiple restarts it finally completed. The appliance is fine and Windows 7 VM is working fine. Recommended if you have the patience for the download. If $10 is going to break your bank, don't bother...
