Blair Kantolinna, Business Solutions Strategist with VMware Accelerate Advisory Services, collaborates with customers to define and communicate their IT strategy to achieve business goals and IT initiatives.

Kantolinna has a broad IT background with a focus on service delivery, new technology implementation and benefit realization. He has held a variety of customer-facing and management positions, including global value engineering roles with the Big Four IT vendors. He is able to see past the technology spaghetti and identify key milestone targets to justify investment decisions.

He joined VMware in May 2011 as Enterprise Cloud Leader for northern Europe and holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Birmingham.
