VMware Stage Manager 1.0 Beta The first product of its kind, VMware Stage Manager, addresses the needs of the IT and application administrators responsible for rolling new and updated IT services into production. Stage Manager enables the streamlined and accelerated transition of complex, multi-tier IT services through the pre-production stages – such as integration, testing, staging, user acceptance testing – into production. VMware Stage Manager reduces the risks associated with change requests to production systems by enabling application administrators to easily clone system configurations and maintain consistent virtual machine images throughout the release process as needed, enabling organizations to respond to changing business conditions more quickly.

   The VMware Stage Manager Release Notes contain the necessary information regarding this release, including a summary of features, system requirements and known issues.
2. Download the software
   Click the download button to get the bits for Stage Manager, as well as for VMware Infrastructure 3 and VirtualCenter 2.5 (required for this release). You’ll need to log in or register and fill out a short survey before the download begins.
3. Check your email
   A set of license keys will be sent to you during the registration process.
4. Start using the product
   Refer to the Installation and User Guide for detailed information on installing, configuring and using the software. Watch the video tutorials to see how it’s done.
5. Send us feedback
