Go to https://vchs.vmware.com/login and log in to vCloud Air.
On the vCloud Air Dashboard, click the virtual data center you want to access.
To go to vCloud Director from a contextual link:
From the Gateways tab, you can see details for the default Gateway that was established when the virtual data center was created.
At the right side of the Gateways tab, click Manage in vCloud Director.
VMware vCloud Director opens up in a new browser tab or window, and you are at the Edge Gateways tab in vCloud Director with detailed options to manage gateways for the Sharepoint virtual machine.
In the vCloud Director UI, click Home. At the right side of the window, under Content, explore additional links to granular options for adding vApps, managing your catalog, and uploading or downloading templates and media.
A vApp catalog is a collection of templates for preconfigured virtual appliances that contain virtual machines, operating system images, and other media. In vCloud Air there is a catalog provided by VMware. This catalog changes frequently as new templates become available. You can also take advantage of the templates and images that you have built in your own vSphere environment by uploading them to your own catalog.
On the vCloud Hybrid Service Dashboard, click the virtual data center you want to use (in this case, SHAREPOINT).
Click the Virtual Machines tab, and then click Add One.
Click the My Catalog tab to see catalogs you've uploaded. Initially, this will be empty.
To add your own catalog in vCloud Director:
vCloud Director opens in a new tab, and you see options to view catalogs from within vCloud Director.
In the navigation pane at the left side of the window, click Public Catalogs.
On the Catalogs tab, under Name, click Public Catalog.
You see the same images that were available in the VMware Catalog as viewed in vCloud Hybrid Service.
In the navigation pane at the left side of the window, click My Organization's Catalogs.
