- Hire best of NCG from key campuses
- Build effective and working relations with key campuses
- Create VMware brand in the key campuses
- Create repeatable and sustainable campus recruitment cycle
- Partner with Biz groups for smooth campus recruitment execution
- Come up with yearly master calendar for campus recruitment.
Required Skill Sets
- Graduating with/working towards a BS, MS, or PhD in computer science, computer engineering, information science/networking/security or any combination thereof.
- Interest in software development & testing (systems and applications development opportunities available), program/product management, or IT infrastructure.
- Completed course work in operating systems, computer architecture, compilers or networking (some positions require additional specialization in these areas, or some subset of: user-interface design/development, web-development, graphics, device drivers, file systems & storage).
- School or industry projects involving significant design and development.
- Solid programming background in any of C/C++/C#/Java/Perl/Python, (strong C/C++ abilities especially valuable in many portions of the organization).
- Excellent understanding of algorithms and data structures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
