Mark Peek Chief Financial Officer and Co-President, Business Operations

Mark Peek joined VMware in April 2007 and leads the company’s business and finance operations, bringing more than 25 years of industry experience. Most recently, he held the position of senior vice president and chief accounting officer at Amazon.com. Peek also spent 10 years as an audit partner at Deloitte, where he focused on technology companies and multinational project and engagement management. Since 2010, Mark has served on the board of directors of Trimble Navigation, a leading innovator of global positioning system (GPS) technology and other positioning solutions. Mark received a bachelor of science degree in accounting and international finance from Minnesota State University, where he graduated summa cum laude.
