A Full Conference pass gives you access to general sessions, VMware and Platinum Keynotes, breakout sessions, hands-on labs, Solutions Exchange, the Welcome Reception on Monday, September 15, the VMworld Party on Wednesday, September 17, all conference meals and giveaways.

Group Discounts:

If three or more people from the same company register at the same time, each registration is eligible for a 10% discount. You can receive this discounted group rate by using one credit card or PO in a single transaction. Select this option on the payment page. Simply enter the number of people attending to receive a unique registration code for the individual registrations.

VMworld Alumni Passes

VMworld alumni are entitled to the alumni rate of $1,395, a savings of $350 off the regular conference fee. You are recognized as a VMworld alumnus if you have attended two prior conferences. You will receive this discount automatically if you register with the email address you used for your last VMworld registration. VMworld Government Passes

Government employees and contractors are entitled to the government rate of $1,375. Attendees who apply for government pricing must register with a valid “.gov” or “.mil” email address or be a contractor for a government agency and provide proof of employment.

VMworld Education Passes

Faculty members and students are entitled to the education rate of $1,095. Attendees who apply for education prices must register with a valid “.edu” email address. If you do not have such an email address, but feel that the educational rate should apply to you, please provide proof of your status by contacting the VMworld Registration Team at 800-365-2459 (USA and Canada only) or +1-203-851-7802 (International), or via email.

One-day Passes

One-day passes are available for purchase for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. You can only purchase one one-day pass. Access to all functions for that day, including evening events, is included. Cost for a one –day pass is $700.

Guest Passes

Your guest will be able to attend the VMworld 2008 Welcome Reception and Party. This pass does not allow access to sessions, keynotes or conference meals. Guest passes are $275, and the guest must be at least 21 years old to attend.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing by email.

Full Refund – Cancellation must be received by close of business on July 11, 2008.

50% Refund – Cancellations received between July 12, 2008 and close of business August 8, 2008.

No refunds will be given after August 9, 2008.
