You have been redirected to this page because you tried to access our previous renewals portal – Renewals Central. This portal has been enhanced and migrated to the VMware Partner Central Portal and has been renamed to Renewals Center.
A Partner Central user account is required to access Renewals Center
Note: Once you login to Partner Central, you will be redirected to the Renewals Resources page where you can find Renewals information and the link to Renewals Center.
If you are not sure how to login to Partner Central or need to create your user account, please follow the procedures below:
Q: How do I determine if I have a Partner Central Account?
A: Go to Partner Central (Fig. 1) and login with your User Name and Password. Your username should follow this format: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are unable to log in, try resetting your password. The system will confirm if you don’t have a user account.
Q: What action do I need to take if I don’t have a Partner Central account?
A: There are several ways to get a Partner Central account:
- If you know the primary contact within your company for your VMware Partner Network membership, please contact them to create a user account for you.
- You can self-register for a Partner Central account on Partner Central (Fig. 1). Select “Register” and follow the instructions.
- If you know your User Name, but forgot your Password, go to Partner Central (Fig. 1), select “Forgot my password?” and you will receive a link to reset your password.
- You may contact Partner Success Center (PSC) if you are having issues accessing or verifying your Partner Central account.
