Ask your customer to request ISV support here. A direct request from the customer with their comments & contact info included will be significatnly more effective than a request from a VMware employee on behalf of the ISV.
VMware rigorously tests and certifies, and supports the broadest set of operating systems to run on VMware virtual infrastructure. As a result, most ISVs do not need to nor do they publish an explicit support/non-support statement and customers can deploy with simple clarification unless there is an explicit support policy. If you need explicit support, and you need VMware's assistance in securing this from the ISV, please use the request form below.
