To this end, our partner, Allegiance, surveys our customers twice yearly on behalf of VMware. The survey helps us learn how our customers feel about doing business with VMware. We analyze the feedback very closely, and take action based on what we hear from our customer base. VMware's decision to remove vRAM pricing from vSphere was a direct result of feedback from customers.
