VMware Horizon View Clients require Horizon View 4.6.1 or later.
Support for Horizon View Clients is included in Basic Support and Production Support contracts sold with Horizon View. For customers that encounter issues using Horizon View Clients, only Support Administrators listed on the Basic or Production Support contract may log a service ticket with VMware Technical Support. Individual end-users of the Horizon View Client should contact their internal IT help desk.
