End of Availability of vFabric Application Performance Manager

VMware is announcing the End of Availability of all VMware vFabric Application Performance Manager versions, effective of 06/01/2013. As a result, all versions of vFabric Application Performance Manager will be removed from the VMware price list on 06/01/2013. After this date you will no longer be able to purchase these products.

All support and maintenance for the removed versions will be unaffected and will continue as per VMware Life Cycle policy through the published support period until 11/19/2014.

vFabric Hyperic, which has been available as a product component of VMware vFabric Application Performance Manager, will NOT be impacted by the End of Life of APM. APM customers with valid SnS will be entitled to Hyperic standalone licenses. They can convert APM licenses to Hyperic standalone licenses in a ratio of 1:1. This conversion will allow APM customers with valid SnS to use Hyperic beyond the End of Support of APM.

For any further inquiries, please contact VMware support.

Q: Is APM getting end of life’ed (EOL’ed)?

Q: What components of APM are getting EOL’ed?
