TSANet is the technology industry’s preferred organization to facilitate seamless global collaboration between support organizations in order to address mutual customer problems.  VMware has negotiated a special rate for partners who seek to join TSANet in order to support customers running their applications on VMware platforms.  This opportunity is available only to VMware Technology Alliance Partner (TAP) program members , so be sure to join TAP.

How TSANet support collaboration works:

  • VMware is a Mission Critical TSANet member (7x24 support)
  • Alliance Partners log service requests through TSANet.org
  • For severity 1 issues, the TAP Partner is asked to follow up with VMware by calling into one of the support centers
  • Customer must have a support contract with VMware and the TAP Partner
  • Customer’s support entitlement with VMware determines SLAs
