Network Functions Virtualization

VMware Ready for Network Functions Virtualization (NFV) allows VMware partners to certify their Virtualized Network Functions (VNFs) to ensure compatibility with VMware NFV infrastructure. The VMware Ready certification provides your Communication Service Provider customers the confidence that your NFV solution will deploy, run, and interoperate with the VMware vCloud NFV platform.

Requirements

  • Be enrolled in the VMware Technology Alliance Partner (TAP) program at the Elite level. Visit the TAP main page for information on the program, how to enroll and how to upgrade your enrollment.
  • Execute and comply with the terms of the Network Functions Virtualization Program Agreement and related requirements.
  • Complete certification testing requirements outlined in the Network Functions Virtualization Program Guide.
  • Provide cooperative support for the qualifying products through TSANet; Maintain TSANet membership and an entry in the VMware custom TSANet portal.
  • Publish the product description on the VMware Solution Exchange (VSX). For more information, visit the VSX Partner Corner.

To get started and express interest in enrolling in the VMware Ready Program, complete the online Partner Onboarding Form. Select “NFV” in the Program Name field.
