Partner Application Process
We’ve made it easy to join the VMware VIP Partner Program.
All parties interested in applying for the VIP Partner Program are required to complete and submit the VIP Program application form and accept the VIP partner program agreement. This applies to applicants worldwide.

Step 2 -- Partner Application Approved
- Approval notification sent to partner
- Unique partner ID assigned
- Welcome Kit distributed
- Benefits & portal access activated
Step 3 -- Partner Next Steps
- Become familiar with Partner Central
- Achieve VSP training
- Login to Partner Central
- Click on Training tab
- Order Not for Resale (NFR) Products
- Login to Partner Central
- Click on Sales tab
- Click on Complimentary NFR License Form
Notes:
The online application and partner agreement should be completed by an individual from your company who can represent and accept the terms and conditions of VMware’s VIP Partner Program. Please provide your name, company, contact information and approximate date of application.
The average turn around of application assessment is approximately 48 hours from submission. If you have not received any response after 48 hours, please send an email to vipnetwork@vmware.com.
Application status communications will be sent to the primary partner contact provided on the application form. This will include a welcome email with Partner ID# and instructions to access Partner Central, and a welcome package will be mailed.
It is highly recommended that applicants have read the VIP Professional Partner level requirements and have evaluated their fit for the program and compliance with the core requirements.
