See availability and alert overviews for single servers or infrastructure groups—for example, all app servers or just those running a particular application. Convert any of Hyperic’s thousands of tracked metrics into a key performance indicator for monitoring on the dashboard. Watch servers that have recently been added and identified via Hyperic Autodiscovery. See a list of recent alerts and system administration activities. Track problematic resources and compare any given metric across a range of servers. Reposition portlets anywhere you like on the dashboard.

User or role-based access lets you easily tailor Hyperic dashboards to the needs of each individual on your team. Because Hyperic dashboards are built in HTML and AJAX, they’re viewable in a browser without the need for plug-ins or client software.

See historical performance baselines that establish the “normal” values for particular metrics. Should other considerations play into what’s acceptable or typical, you can explicitly define baseline values yourself. Metric charts display baselines, allowing you to visually compare current performance to baseline values.

Extrapolate future metric values from historical data to predict upcoming resource limitations. Build scenarios targeting specific timeframes and resources, to discover how greatly you can scale your infrastructure before encountering performance problems.
