vCloud Connector Advanced Edition
Moving beyond workload transfer, vCloud Connector Advanced Edition lets you extend the logical boundaries of your datacenter and ‘stretch deploy’ applications across clouds via the “Datacenter Extension” feature. vCloud Connector Advanced also allows you synchronize content catalogs and template libraries across your entire hybrid cloud environment via the “Content Sync” feature.

Understanding vCloud Suite Licensing
VMware vCloud Suite is licensed on a per processor basis, which is priced on the same basis as vSphere Enteprise Plus that serves as a foundation for all editions of the vCloud Suite. All virtual machines on vCloud Suite 5 CPUs are entitled to all suite components included in that vCloud Suite edition.

Support Offerings
To get support for the
Core Edition of vCloud Connector, you must have an active support contract for vSphere or vCloud Director. You can also leverage the
vCloud Documentation Center and the
Community for self-service support.
If you have an active subscription for the vCloud Hybrid Service, you are entitled to support for vCloud Connector Advanced as well as Core.
Production or basic support contracts are also available for all VMware vCloud Suite editions, which includes support for the
Advanced Edition of vCloud Connector. Support and Subscription (SnS) contracts are available for all editions of VMware vCloud Suite. One year of SnS is required.
Production
