Along with our excellent self-service, web-based support resources such as the Knowledge Base and VMware Communities, the following support offerings are available for VMware Fusion:
Complimentary
Installation assistance for Fusion 4 is offered for 18 months after product registration or until product end of life. Submit support requests either online or via phone; responses are targeted within one business day.
Per Incident
Purchase support as you need it. Individual incident support is conveniently sold in 1, 3 or 5 incident packs. Submit support requests either online or via phone; responses are targeted within one business day.
Desktop Standard Support
Customers who have 10 or more product licenses can purchase desktop standard support. Includes product updates and upgrades.
