The VMware View Enterprise bundle includes the current release of VMware View Manager, an enterprise desktop manager. VMware View Premier includes additional components to substantially lower the costs of managing user data, applications, desktops and security, while increasing business agility. Along with our excellent self-service, web-based support resources such as the Knowledge Base and VMware Communities, the following support offerings are available for VMware View:
Production
Global support available 24x7 for your production environments where fast response times for critical issues are required. Includes product updates and upgrades.
Basic
Support for non-critical applications and platforms that require support during normal business hours only. Includes product updates and upgrades.
Support for View Clients
Support for VMware View Clients is included in Basic and Production Support contracts sold with VMware View. If View Client customers encounter a technical issue, only Support Administrators listed on a Basic or Production Support contract for VMware View may log a service ticket with VMware Technical Support. Individual users of View Clients should contact their internal IT help desk or visit the resources listed below for tips and assistance.
