Terms and Conditions
- Customers receive 15% discount off the standard license list price of any vSphere with Operations Management Acceleration Kit or 15% discount off the standard upgrade license list price to vSphere with Operations Management Edition or Acceleration Kit.
- Promotion is valid from March 14, 2013 through September 15, 2013 at 11:59PM PT (Pacific Time).
- In order to receive the 15% discount for upgrades to vSphere with Operations Management or Acceleration Kit, the customer must have purchased the vSphere license by January 31, 2013. See Eligible Products.
- Promotion SKUs are not eligible for VMware Volume Purchasing Program (VPP) or VMware Transactional Purchasing Program (TPP) discounts, but are eligible for VPP or TPP points.
- Prices of eligible SKUs may vary by regions and resellers. VMware Support and Subscription (SnS) are required. Discounts are not offered for VMware SnS.
- This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
- VMware reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time.
Promotion Eligibility
- Promotion is available to all commercial, academic, and government end-user customers who meet the promotion requirements and place an order containing an eligible SKU through a VMware authorized reselling partner, via the VMware web site, or directly with VMware. Note that Academic discounts are not available for the vSphere with Operations Management Acceleration Kits.
- This promotion is not available to customers ordering from EMC or to customers whose orders are fulfilled through EMC. OEM partners ordering directly from VMware and service providers are eligible for this promotion.
