Description

This document describes the different ways in which the SAP Business Intelligence unit (formerly Business Objects) uses Lab Manager for their software product support and escalation engineers. Lab Manager enables those engineers to quickly provision multiple virtual machines in configurations from a library and test out customer scenarios in order to solve technical problems. Using Lab Manager has improved the efficiency of the support team in terms of time to respond to customer issues and in terms of customer satisfaction.
