Description

vSphere 4.1 introduces a number of new features, optimizations, and increased resource limits to improve on the already great performance vSphere 4.0. New features include Memory Compression, Storage I/O Control, and Wide NUMA, just to name a few of the great new items that would be an asset to any virtualized datacenter solution. Users should be able to confidently leverage these greatly enhanced resource limits with vSphere 4.1 in their deployments, knowing that the associated operation latencies have not changed from vSphere 4.0.
