Craig Dobson is Asia Pacific region (APAC) Executive for VMware Accelerate Advisory Services.
Dobson has 24 years’ experience in the IT industry, ranging from solution architect to practice manager for large infrastructure-related national and international projects and teams. Prior to working at VMware, he led the Virtualization Practice at HP, plus the horizontal services portfolios of Security and Risk, IT Shared Services and Datacenter Transformation.
Before being named APAC Executive, Dobson was director, VMware Professional Services Organization (PSO) for the ANZ and ASEAN regions. In that role, he was responsible for developing and driving end user, application, datacenter transformation and virtualization services. He managed a team of professional consultants and supervised the continued creation of solutions, delivery and capability with key customers. He also managed relationships with external vendors and partners.
For the past six years, Dobson has championed the virtualization and datacenter transformation market segment, cementing VMware as the leader in the Australian and New Zealand market.
