VMware offers customers two options for transforming the data center into a cloud environment that implements the SDDC architecture: 1) packaged software that customers deploy on premises and 2) Public Infrastructure-as-a-service based on VMware SDDC technologies and operated by VMware vCloud Hybrid Service or its partners (vCloud Service Provider Partners).
