- To order new VMware licenses, please contact your VMware reseller or visit the VMware Online Store.
- Your license key(s) should be installed into your product for activation. Please refer to Licensing How-to Guide.
If you would like to modify your license key(s) prior to activation, please login to your VMware license portal account. - An email containing your new license keys should have been sent to you. If you did not receive it, it is possible that it got lost. Please check your License Portal to confirm that your new license keys have been added to your account.
- It is possible that your order has not been completely processed yet. Please contact your Primary License Administrator (PLA) or your VMware reseller to check the status of your order.
