Manage Your Support Contracts Online!

VMware's Global Support Services organization is launching new support contract management capabilities.

  • Access Your Support Contract Details
    Primary and secondary license administrators (PLAs and SLAs) as well as support administrators (SAs) will be able to view all support contracts on which they are identified. Contracts can be sorted by contract id, start date, end date or even by their active or expired designation.
  • Add or Edit Administrative Contacts
    Primary license administrators will be able to go online and add/or remove existing administrators on contracts as well as edit their roles. An audit trail will track all changes for future reference.
  • Start the Renewal, Consolidation or Upgrade Process
    Customers interested in renewing, consolidating or upgrading current support contracts will find easily accessible online forms to initiate the process.
