Complimentary 30 Day Support
For general assistance with VMware Fusion installation and configuration, VMware Fusion customers are entitled to 30 days of complimentary web-based support. To receive your complimentary support you must first register your product. You can do this using your existing VMware account or by creating a new account in our VMware Store.

Fee-based Per Incident Email Support
After your complimentary support period has expired, fee-based support is available through 1, 3, or 5 per incident packs for consumers and site support and subscription programs are available for our enterprise customers.
