Improvements to World Class Service
At VMware you, our customers, are our top priority! It is our goal to provide answers to your support concerns as efficiently and effectively as possible and we are constantly working on improving our systems! We are pleased to announce that we have launched a new automated phone routing system. On follow-on calls, as a Gold and Platinum support customer, you will now be connected directly back to the original engineer working on your support request.
How does this work? After you’ve had that initial contact with an engineer on an open SR, you will be eligible for this service. Your follow-on calls will be directed back to that same engineer by simply calling our toll free support number*, 1-877-4 VMWARE, pressing 4 for Support, pressing 2 confirming that you are calling about an active SR and then keying in the SR number. Your call will be immediately connected to the expert on your issue!
VMware is committed to enhancing your user experience! We have made and will continue to make major investments to improve our ability to serve you. In March, we will be announcing further improvements to our support services. We are simplifying the support request web form by limiting the number of required fields and we’ll be setting up our website to allow your feedback and/or comments to be input directly into your open support requests.
