Our U.S. Federal Technical Support Engineers (TSEs) have the exclusive responsibility of handling all global U.S. Federal government support calls and cases. All U.S. Federal TSEs have Secret Clearance.

Diagnostic information must be cleansed of any classified or sensitive data before being submitted to VMware.
