Notes on the example V2P sysprep.inf files 1) You will need to rename the example files to sysprep.inf, and place them in the sysprep directory on the source system. I.e. "IBM sysprep.inf" needs to be renamed "sysprep.inf". 2) You will want to edit all the fields in the [UserData] and [Identification] sections to match your network configuration. 3) The example files assume that the drivers are in a subdirectory of a C:\drivers directory on the source system. Each driver is in its own subfolder, named for the driver it installs. For example, for the IBM x345, the "IBM ServeRAID 4M/4Mx/4L/4Lx/5i/6M/6i Device Driver" is assumed to be in a subdirectory named i960. All of the drivers were downloaded from the manufacturers web site, with the exception of the "Adaptec HostRAID U320 Driver" for the IBM x330, which is included on the Windows 2000 distribution CD. (See "IBM sysprep.inf") For example, the "DELL PERC 3/4 RAID Driver for Windows 2000" was downloaded from the Dell support site in the file "PERC-CERC-W2K-5.42-A01.exe". These drivers are also likely included on any support CD's of floppies that originally came with the system.
