Removing Access Permissions
To remove a permission role for a user or group:
- Log on as a user with the VirtualCenter Administrator role.
- From the VirtualCenter client, display the inventory panel and expand the appropriate object.
Click the Inventory option in the navigation bar. Expand the inventory as needed, and click the appropriate object.
- With the appropriate object selected, view the Permissions panel, click Permissions tab.
- Identify and select the object where the permission is defined.
- Select an object to which the permission is defined.
- Display the Permissions list. Click the Permissions tab.
- Click the linked object in the Defined in column.

VirtualCenter displays the Permission panel for the object to which the permission was defined.
- Remove the permission setting.
Select the user permission to remove. Select Remove from either the Edit or right-click menu. VirtualCenter removes the permission setting.
Note: There is no additional warning that the permission is going to be
removed.
