Description

This appliance allows for safe internet communication with built in virus scanning. It will prevent most spy-ware, malware and windows rootkits.
Use the browser, configure and use the email client and instant messenger.
Save any files to /home/smb, the Samba share, so that they can be virus scanned and moved to Windows.

1. This appliance uses ClamAV and a Samba share to protect windows from malware.

2. The appliance was built using the normal Debian GNU/Linux install.

3. Start the VMWare player and run the virtual machine. Login with a username of securevm and a password of securevm. Click on the FireFox
icon for additional documentation.

4. All of the license are GNU licenses. Please see
