Summary
This VI3 Foundation promotional bundle SKU is directed to VI3 prospects and VMware Server customers, especially in the SMB market segment.

Eligibility Requirements
There are no customer eligibility requirements for the promotion. All channel partners who sell VI3 are eligible to offer this Promotion to customers.

The Promotion will commence on September 1, 2007 and will expire on December 31, 2007.
Promotion Requirements
Customers who purchase the VI Foundation Promotion are required to purchase Support and Subscription Services, consistent with the purchase of other VI3 packages.
