How to Redeem
Physical Rewards
Once you’ve activated your Rewards profile, complete the compliance eligibility questionnaire under the Rewards catalog. The Rewards catalog will open to you as soon as you complete the questionnaire. The swag catalog will open in a new window and you can browse all available items and see how many points are needed to redeem for each.
Experiential Rewards
Experiential rewards are listed in the Rewards platform, separate from the swag catalog. Request your redemption and an admin will be in touch with details on how to access your experiential reward. Experiential rewards include tree planting, exam certification vouchers, charity donations, all the way to a VMware Explore pass!

Champions is our elite Rewards status, reserved for our most engaged and active Rewards customers who have worked their way up the badges and levels.
Becoming a Champion
Sign up for VMware Rewards if you are not already a member, and you will unlock a path to Champions.
Look for a challenge in VMware Rewards asking if you are ready to be a Champion for a chance to fast-track and upgrade to the Champions community within VMware Rewards.
You can also be nominated for Champion status by VMware in recognition of your community or advocacy contributions.
Champion Benefits
Champions get to claim a daily Rewards point bonus and have their own leaderboard.
Champions are eligible for VIP experiences like front row seats at VMware Explore, access to experts, feedback opportunities that are shared directly with VMware leadership, exclusive swag, event giveaways and more.
