An Industry-Wide Commitment to Change
We’re proud to be a part of this movement.
Supporting Women’s Success in IT
Stanford VMware Women in Leadership Innovation Lab
An important first step in achieving true gender equality is to identify and break through the barriers preventing women from rising to the top. It’s why we’ve made a $15 million endowment to the Stanford VMware Women in Leadership Innovation Lab.
VMInclusion Taara Training Program
Nearly 50 percent of women in India drop out of IT after about five years. VMInclusion Taara sets out to change this. We’ve joined hands with Women Who Code to help 15,000 Indian women return to work. Already, over 9,300 women have participated and over 600 companies have hired our graduates.
VMware Nirmaan Forum
To help more women move into leadership roles and to make a real difference to the lives of Indian women in tech, VMware Nirmaan provides a virtual forum where women learn, promote, share best practices and build a community of leaders.
