Whoever you are, wherever you are in the world, all customers working with VMware can become a Champion. Systems Admins, Cloud Admins, EUC Specialists, Network Engineers, Security Architects, DevOps Managers and more come together in Champions to learn together and exchange ideas and knowledge.  Some Champions are invited through their engagement with other VMware community programs, are referred by a VMware contact, or find out about Champions through an event. 

Sign up for VMware Rewards if you are not already a member, and you will unlock a path to Champions. Look for a challenge in VMware Rewards asking if you are ready to be a Champion for a chance to fast-track and upgrade to the Champions community within VMware Rewards. 

You’ll find educational and gamified content around products and career learning paths, as well as opportunities to share your feedback with VMware teams. You choose where to engage by browsing activities and topic areas. Complete activities that are relevant to your career and explore areas that may be new to you, while networking with peers and gaining access to VMware experts. And all while earning points, moving up the leader board and redeeming rewards.

Complete challenges and claim a daily bonus to earn points that move you up the Champions leader board. With a broad range of activities, such as surveys, forum posts, feedback sessions and reviews, the more you do, the more points you earn.
