PRICING

VMware Horizon Air Cloud-hosted Desktop DR gives you the flexibility to support your tiered workforce with multiple recovery SLAs and service types. All begin with a core subscription model.
 

The core subscription is a minimum 12-month term. It covers startup and ongoing operations fees including infrastructure for your desktop images, always-on networking and Active Directory configuration. From there, you can add desktop reservation capacity.
 

Desktop Reservation capacity is sold in three tiers, giving you the flexibility to mix and match recovery SLAs for your tiered workforce

  • Gold (8-hour SLA) is designed for staff critical to getting systems up and running again
  • Silver (24-hour SLA) is designed for staff critical to driving revenue for your organization
  • Bronze (72-hour SLA) is designed for support staff. Each tier has an associated SLA for getting desktops out of standby and ready for use.

Monthly pricing begins at the following price points. Horizon Air Desktop DR is offered in 1, 2, and 3 year contract terms with various options.
