- “The FX-rates are calculated taking the average from all collected data over a 24-hour period, reflecting the fact that the foreign exchange market never really "closes" on a global basis. FX-rate Schedule
- Reference date is the first day of the calendar month prior to the start of each VMware fiscal quarter
- Previous full day Oanda Ask Price used
- If FX-rate changes by less than 5% then there will be no update to the FX-rate. If the FX-rate change is greater or equal to 5% then the FX-rate will be updated using the “Previous full day Oanda Ask Price”
