The Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) Cooperative Contracts Program enables customers to save money on mission-critical IT services by leveraging the buying power of the State of Texas to procure discounted IT services with negotiated terms and conditions in compliance with state
procurement rules. The program is open to Texas state agencies, local governments, institutions of higher education, and other entities authorized by law may participate.
