Your use of VMware commercial on-premises software products is subject to (1) the VMware General Terms and Software Exhibit, available at http://www.vmware.com/agreements, or other software license agreement that references this Product Guide, and (2) the Product Guide published on the date that VMware accepts your order for the software.

If you purchase support and subscription services, VMware may provide you with maintenance releases, minor releases and major releases. If you install one of these releases, then your use of that version of the software is subject to the terms of the Product Guide published on the date that you install the release.
