Badge Pickup and Registration
Pick up your badge in the Hall 8.0 foyer. To speed up the process, get your Print Badge QR Code from the mobile app and have your photo ID ready.
Don’t forget to add your badge photo in the My Event Portal.

Coat and Bag Drop
Coat and bag drop will be available in the Hall 8.0 foyer where you can store any items you don’t wish to carry with you at the event or to The Party.

VMware Explore Shuttle Service
Shuttle transportation has been arranged for VMware Explore attendees at the following times. Shuttles are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Arrival Transfer Shuttles from Airport to Fira Gran Via
Sunday, 6 November: 15:30 - 19:30
Monday, 7 November: 09:00 - 19:00
- Approximately every 30 minutes
- Pick-ups from Terminal 1 and Terminal 2
- Meet at arrivals after customs. Look for staff with event branded signs/paddles who will direct attendees to the shuttles.
- Please note there is not a VMware Explore support/help desk at the airport
- Drop off at event venue, Fira Gran Via, outside the Hall 8.0 entrance on Carrer de l’Alumini
- Register and collect your VMware Explore badge, then proceed to hotel on own
The Party Shuttles from Fira Gran Via to Central Barcelona
Wednesday, 9 November: 19:30 - 21:45
- Approximately every 30 minutes
- Shuttles available to take you back to central Barcelona after The Party
- Departs from the Fira Gran Via outside Hall 8.0 on Carrer de l’Alumini
- Drop-off at two central locations

Kick off your VMware Explore experience at the welcome reception in The Expo. Get your first look at more than 60 exhibitors on the show floor, network with fellow attendees in a fun atmosphere, pick up some new swag, and enjoy delicious appetizers and drinks.

Where: The Expo, Hall 7.0
The hall crawl gives you the chance to get up close and personal with the VMware ecosystem, sponsors and exhibitors in The Expo. Participate in giveaways, get in-depth product information, pick up some swag, and socialize while enjoying snacks and drinks at the sponsor stands.
When: 19:00 – 21:00 on Wednesday, 9 November
Where: Hall 6.0
